A 4’x 8’ bed 16” high will hold almost exactly 1 cubic yard of soil. You can increase your garden yields by being able to have more plant density and raised beds are much easier to tend! For a 4'x8' bed 16" you will need 12 - 48" or 24 - 24" segments.
